International Sales Manager
Unicoms Switzerland is a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, specialising in medical devices and food supplements. Our portfolio includes brands such as Surecheck, Sendo, Zano, Selenogin, Stamatin, Fenaxon, and others.
To support the expansion of our business, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager. The successful candidate will manage and develop our sales across various markets.
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and expand our network of distributors in various countries.
• Set KPIs for distributors and regularly monitor their performance.
• Ensure effective product placement on pharmacy shelves and other retail outlets.
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships with international distributors.
• Analyse market trends and develop approaches to enhance sales.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience in managing international sales and working with distributors (minimum 3 years).
• Strong skills in planning and managing sales processes.
• Excellent understanding of product placement principles in pharmacies and other outlets.
• Proficiency in setting and monitoring KPIs.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including medical devices and food supplements, is an advantage.
