Personal assistant of Board Members
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and briefings to support decision-making and executive meetings;
- Attend and document key meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups;
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives;
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Prepare correspondence with accuracy;
- Anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and keep everything running smoothly;
- Organise business trips with all the corresponding documentation;
- Maintains an archive of documents;
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Main Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of grammatically correct Bulgarian language – written and spoken;
- Fluency in English – written and spoken;
- Computer;
- Skills for working with office equipment;
- Self-motivation and hunger to learn new things every day;
- Analytical thinking, orientation towards results;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Advanced multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible and with good attention to details.
- Discretion, professionalism and a proactive mindset.
