Personal assistant of Board Members

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and briefings to support decision-making and executive meetings;
  • Attend and document key meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups;
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives;
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare correspondence with accuracy;
  • Anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and keep everything running smoothly;
  • Organise business trips with all the corresponding documentation;
  • Maintains an archive of documents;
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Main Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of grammatically correct Bulgarian language – written and spoken;
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken;
  • Computer;
  • Skills for working with office equipment;
  • Self-motivation and hunger to learn new things every day;
  • Analytical thinking, orientation towards results;
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills;
  • Advanced multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexible and with good attention to details.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a proactive mindset.
