Global Brand Manager

Location: Bulgaria, Sofia

Unicoms Switzerland has 25 years experience on Bulgarian market . Our brands are the main leaders in the following categories – diagnostic tests, diagnostic devices, respiratory care, nutritional supplements and medicines – SureCheck, Sendo, Selenogin, and others.

Unicoms Switzerland is looking for a passionate Marketing Professional loaded with marketing knowledge to join the brand management team of the company.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Create and manage brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment

• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Manage the brand’s visual identity and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media partners, and influencers

• Lead the creation of compelling content that effectively communicates the brand’s message and values

• Plan and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance brand strategies

• Analyze the market and identify opportunities in different categories

• Ideate new product concepts and lead the new product development process

• Monitor competitors and their activities

• Lead the digital advertising communication of his/her brand(s) together with the digital team

If you have:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, PR, Economics, or similar

• At least 3 years of experience in brand management (preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Creativity & copy writing skills

• Knowledge of social media marketing

• Inquisitive mind, enthusiasm and can-do attitude

• Stress resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

• Very good command of English and excellent command of the Bulgarian language
