We are currently looking for a dedicated, proactive, and analytical professional to join our Finance team in Sofia as a

Senior financial controller

Key responsibilities:

Financial, business analysis and controlling:

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, as well as monitor its implementation.
• Analyze financial statements and indicators to identify trends and deviations.
• Prepare forecasts and scenarios for the company’s future financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations.

Financial, business analysis and strategic planning:

• Collecting and analyzing data on operational activities, sales and market trends related to our brands such as Surecheck, Sendo, Zano, Selenogin, Stamatin and others.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and increasing efficiency.
• Developing recommendations for strategic decisions and presenting them to management.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing analysis on their implementation.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a small or medium-sized company.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent English.
