Supply Chain Manager – Trebich Warehouse

Location: Bulgaria, Sofia, Bulgaria

Unicoms Switzerland is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join the team as a Supply Chain Manager in our warehouse in Trebich, Sofia.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage the bonded warehouse, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Organise international transport and the shipment of goods to and from various markets.

  • Plan and manage deliveries from suppliers based on company forecasts and operational needs.

  • Analyse sales data and prepare forecasts for inventory levels and upcoming deliveries.

  • Coordinate with external freight forwarders, warehouse operators, and customs representatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery times, inventory accuracy, and logistics costs.

  • Maintain effective communication with the sales, finance, and marketing teams.

 

Candidate Experience:

  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, International Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.

  • Proven experience with bonded warehouses and international transport.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (or Power BI).

 

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a company distributing medical devices, food supplements, or FMCG products.

  • Familiarity with EU customs and transport procedures.
