We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Sofia.
You will support customers across multiple channels, process online orders, and play an active role in improving product quality and customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Process online orders and assist with product and purchase-related inquiries
- Resolve customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Engage with customers across our online channels
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
- Contribute to product and service improvements through customer feedback and quality-related activities
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Responsibility, empathy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Languages:
- Bulgarian – main working language
- English – professional working level required
- Romanian – advantage
